fb002's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the value of deposits made by that Player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit fb002's liability for death or personal injury caused by gross negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory Philippine law.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
